Kelly Scollon-Grieve, MD

Dr. Kelly Scollon-Grieve is an interventional orthopedic specialist with The Regenerative Joint and Spine Center at Premier Orthopaedics in the Main Line region of Philadelphia. She has interests in the musculoskeletal system and maintaining and improving her patients’ function. As a former ballerina with the Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet, she is passionate about performing arts, dance, exercise, and sports.

Dr. Kelly, as most of her patients call her, is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and fellowship trained in interventional pain management. After achieving magna cum laude with her undergraduate degree in Human Physiology at Boston University, she graduated with her M.D. from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Scollon-Grieve completed her residency at the prestigious Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation in New Jersey and fellowship in interventional spine and sports medicine with Dr. Larry Chou at Premier Orthopaedics, where she has continued to practice for the past 9 years. She has continued to advance her knowledge and skill set with specialized training in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthobiologics with the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, Regenexx, and the Interventional Orthopedics Foundation.

Dr. Scollon-Grieve has presented research at multiple national conferences and authored a chapter in a textbook in Rehabilitation Medicine entitled “Therapeutic Programs for Musculoskeletal Disorders”. She has also been named ‘Top Doctor’ in Orthopedics by Main Line Today Magazine for multiple consecutive years and has received the prestigious honor of ‘Top Physicians under 40’ by the Pennsylvania Medical Society. She spends her free time enjoying life with her husband and three children.
